The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residential breaking & entering that occurred around 8am on Wednesday, July 29th. Investigation into the incident revealed surveillance video footage from a nearby residence that captured images of the suspect vehicle leaving the scene of the break-in. The vehicle is described as a silver-grey 2000 model Honda Accord with a sunroof. The vehicle is also missing the entire front bumper and only has wheel covers on the passenger-side wheels. The vehicle was last seen driven by a black male and a 60″ flat screen television was taken during the break-in. Anyone who has seen this vehicle or has information about the suspect is asked to call the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office at 828-632-1111.
