John Robert Pacheco
On Friday, 09/26/2014, Investigators from the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office acted on information given to them in reference to possible child pornography. Investigators went to the residence of John Robert PACHECO, W/M, age 64, located on the Caldwell Pond Rd in Taylorsville, North Carolina. After the investigation, Mr. PACHECO was charged with 5 counts of Third Degree Sex Exploitation of a Minor. He was arrested and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $300,000.00 secured bond. Investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigation have been notified and are working with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on this case. Possible federal charges are pending.
