On Tuesday November 5, 2013 officers with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested Billy Jack Cork, age 26; Nicholas Cody Lovelace, age 21; and Ricardo Cole Ray, age 19, all of Newton, NC. The subjects were charged with 1 count of felony breaking and entering, and 2 counts of felony larceny. The charges stem from incidents that occurred during the early morning hours of November 5, 2013 in the Hill River Road, Hiddenite area. A motorcycle and trailer were stolen from residents in this area. The subjects were placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $8,000.00 secured bond.
